Testimonials

"Alex has provided us with invaluable support with our restoration of Bucklebury Common. He has assisted us with all aspects of this complex project - from creating a vision, to expert ecological advice and funding applications. Alex is an experienced conservation manager and it has been a pleasure working with him."
Alasdair Jones-Perrott MRICS, Steward of the Manor, The Bucklebury Estate.

"The Earth Trust employed Alex to design an ecological monitoring programme for a habitat creation project at our farm in Oxfordshire. We wanted to monitor the impact of the project on a variety of species groups, so Alex identified suitable survey techniques and trained our volunteers to carry out the surveys. He has been flexible and supportive as the project has evolved."
Simon Atkinson, Director of Land Management, Earth Trust

"Brill Parish Council owns Brill Common, a 'county wildlife site', but the council lacks the expertise required to look after it and deal with the complex issues that managing common land involves.
Alex helps to us decide what to do and advises us on issues like encroachment and grazing. He recently submitted a succesful bid to the National Lottery Heritage Fund for us so that we can employ a ranger and secure the future of the common.
Alex is very knowledgeable about ecology and common land, and helps in any way that he can"
Emi Slater, Parish Councillor, Brill Parish Council
